My mum just pointed out how much weight she has lost (She’s on an ad here at the moment) and it’s true! But after reading a bit, I’m even happier for her. She says she loved her body before, and that she didn’t lose the weight because she hated herself. She did it for health!

This is the most amazing thing ever. It tastes like fudgey rocky road&#8230;. And yet it has only 6 carbs&#8230; And it&#8217;s actually a protein bar.

I am so up for this…so many times I have stepped on my scale..disappointed  to not see immediate results..thus I become demotivated and slack for a week etc. SO I shall just nto weigh in all this month and not lose motivation and keep on trucking :D

May challenge starts today! Who’s with me?

Actually I started yesterday as I got confused by the date haha.

JUST TO RECAP- MAY CHALLENGE:
- eating clean 80% of the time
- get to the gym at least 4 times a week
- Drinking all the water!
- Trying to think positive!

Lunch was kind of a fail as I forgot the house has no food in it… But I still managed veggies and an omelette. But it was super bland haha.

I’m doing a may challenge… Where I’m aiming to eat cleanly for 80% of the month, and get to the gym at least 4 times a week :).

Today I did a really big cardio workout, which I actually feel proud of considering how lacking in motivation I’ve been of late.

I also took measurements as scales are ridiculous. Let’s see what a month can do.

Measurements 1st May.
Hips 104cm
Waist 94cm
Cheat 104cm
Arm L 31cm
Arm R 31cm
Leg L 53.5cm
Leg R 54 cm
These weren’t perfect measurements, as I did them hastily before the gym, but they can be guidelines till I get time to do proper ones.
